Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Distribution Content Specialist to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our clients' content in digital service providers (DSPs), reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with DSP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client content in DSPs, including manual review operations related to user-generated content (UGC) and video upload management.
- Review documentation and ensure compliance with DSP guidelines in collaboration with the Product Development and Supply Chain teams.
- Set up and manage contracts, massive operations, and interrupt activities with inactive DSPs.
- Design and optimize internal and interdepartmental processes, documenting them in our knowledge base.
- Establish and encourage proactive communication with other areas and departments to guarantee transparency and viability of coordinated processes.
- Detect, communicate, and monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution.
- Enhance products by preparing and transferring proposals to the Product Development team to adapt SonoSuite to internal needs and partner requirements.
- Detect and exchange problematic patterns and key information with the Pre-Distribution department for systematic improvement and with the Anti-Fraud department.
- Detect opportunities and optimize processes and add-on services for the Customer Success team.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the music industry.
- Experience working with multiple IT tools (Excel, Jira, Zendesk, etc.) and content management platforms (iTunes Connect, Spotify for Artists, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with Care, Respect, Empathy.
- Problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset.
- Passionate about technology.
- Music industry and copyright knowledge.
- Experience working with a team with different time zones is a plus.
