Product Manager - SEM Strategic Core

Avient Corporation, a leading provider of specialized and sustainable material solutions, is seeking a Product Manager to join our SEM Strategic Core team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new products, as well as driving profitable growth and gross margin targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic product marketing plans to drive profitable growth and gross margin targets
  • Lead the development and launch of new products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor business results and make data-driven decisions to drive growth and profitability
  • Establish clear measurement and management of product profitability and proactive management of product mix
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or technical discipline (e.g., chemistry, engineering)
  • 5 to 15 years of experience in a technical or commercial role, ideally in marketing or product management
  • Strong leadership skills and high level of written and oral communication skills
  • Marketing excellence and ability to develop broad strategies and drive operational details
  • Ability to communicate at different levels within the organization
