Role Overview
This role will play a pivotal part within our SaaS Product team, focusing on our B2B2C Virtual Sales tool called Nivoda Showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer pain points, gathering feedback, and using data to drive product development and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Research and Interaction: Identify customer needs and gather feedback to improve Showroom capabilities.
- Data Analysis: Track customer usage of Showroom, set up events to track user journeys, and leverage data to drive future iterations and improvements.
- Product Development: Use research and data to identify pain points and improvement areas for Showroom, working cross-functionally with business, design, marketing, research, engineering, and data teams.
- Growth and Adoption: Work closely with data, marketing, technical account managers, and sales to increase adoption and usage of Showroom.
- Product Strategy: Define the overall long-term vision and strategy for Showroom, aligning with company goals and managing timelines, resources, and priorities.
Requirements
- Proven background in developing and monetizing SaaS tools and features, with experience in B2B and Sales workflow management.
- Structured problem solver with strong technical guidance and communication skills.
- Minimum 5-6 years of product management experience, with management experience a plus.
- Data-driven decision maker with experience with data querying languages like SQL.
- Clear and effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact and influence stakeholders.
