Job Title: Capital Portfolio Lead, Global Operations Engineering

Galderma's rapid growth has positioned us to become the leading independent dermatology company in the world, positively impacting the lives of billions of patients.

To achieve that potential, we must rapidly scale our manufacturing portfolio globally. As an integral component of this rapid development, which includes site expansions, greenfield / brownfield investments, and innovative technology development, we are seeking to enhance our talented team with a Capital Portfolio Lead.

This role will be responsible for overseeing all projects and programs within the Global Operations Capital Portfolio, reporting to the Head of Global Operations Engineering.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can lead our capital portfolio and drive business growth through strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

As a Capital Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive capital portfolio strategy to drive business growth and profitability
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects and programs within the capital portfolio
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize capital investment opportunities
  • Managing and mitigating risks associated with capital investments
