Galderma Pharma S.A is seeking a Capital Portfolio Lead to oversee all projects and programs within the Global Operations Capital Portfolio. The successful candidate will provide input to Site/Facility Master planning and oversight for greenfield/brownfield design, engineering and construction of facility/start-up and commissioning for the entire capital deployment portfolio.
The Capital Portfolio Lead will be responsible for guaranteeing delivery of successful and cost-effective major capital expenditures projects by guiding the Global Operations organization on Best Practice for Capital Project Execution and delivery. This includes updating the Capital Project Delivery processes within Global Operations, owning and maintaining the Global Operations Capital delivery processes and its means and methods, and ensuring harmonization and consistency of Capital Engineering across Galderma sites worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have extensive years of manufacturing engineering and/or operational experience with a proven record of accomplishment of overseeing large capital plans ($100M+), with demonstrated leadership in commissioning, qualifying, validating new sites in diverse operational environments (variety of products/size of facilities). They will also have excellent project and portfolio management skills, with emphasis on identifying requirements and articulating them successfully within project plans.
