About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Professional to join our team at Fabletics. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Financial Analysis and Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Language: Fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish a plus.
