About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Analyst to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our PMO team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our project management office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project-related information, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status updates.
  • Data Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain reports to track project progress, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to project managers, including coordinating travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining project files.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.
  • Financial Tracking: Monitor and report on project expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Tool and Software Management: Maintain and update project management tools and software, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Communication Facilitation: Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and customers.
  • Issue and Risk Tracking: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project delivery.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Training and Onboarding: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure project team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality project deliverables, including documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Document Creation: Develop and maintain project-related documents, including process guides, templates, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience: 4+ years of experience in a PMO Analyst role, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Planview Expert: Proficiency in Planview and other project management tools.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Project Management Concepts: Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Language: Good English level (B2-C1) to work with international teams.
