Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Strategic Sourcing Manager IT and Digital to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective sourcing strategies for IT and Digital categories, managing supplier performance, and defining the Global Category Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT and Digital categories, focusing on digital solutions, software, consultants, and SAAS.
- Manage supplier performance, ensuring continuous total cost control and performance improvement.
- Define and execute the Global Category Strategy, ensuring cost savings while maintaining and improving quality, focusing on Total Cost of Ownership.
- Ensure clear communication of third-party requirements to the supplier base, fulfilling business needs with seamless execution.
- Build and maintain a global supplier base, including contracting, negotiations, relationship building, risk management, and supplier performance.
- Secure global KPIs performance and implement Procurement Policies.
- Provide continuous support to IT teams, increasing compliance.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with suppliers to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply according to Corporate Procurement Policies and Procedures for RHG.

Working Conditions
The position is located in Madrid and reports directly to the CSO Strategic Sourcing Senior Director.
