Job Title: Light Maintenance Coordinator

Nayak JV1 is a leading provider of airline-independent maintenance services in Europe. We are seeking a highly skilled Light Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona - El Prat (BCN) Operational Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate work packages and control man hours, tasks, and scope.
  • Coordinate personnel, media, and service providers to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Prepare and manage work packages and work orders, including inspection and document management.
  • Enter data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support the continuous improvement of departmental processes and methods.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inspection reports.
  • Prepare periodic reports on maintenance activities, including performance parameters and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies during maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (Student or Graduate).
  • Knowledge of the Aeronautical environment.
  • Sufficient knowledge of English language (spoken and written correctly).
  • Previous experience and working knowledge of MCC would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Familiar with a team environment and willingness to contribute.
  • Right to live and work in Spain prior to application.
