Job Description

As a German Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will leverage your language skills and recruitment expertise to identify and engage potential candidates for various positions across different sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract candidates for various roles through creative sourcing techniques.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates by building and nurturing relationships.
  • Provide candidates with information about job opportunities, ensuring they are informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert insight.
  • Manage the scheduling of interviews and facilitate candidate communication throughout the process.
  • Utilize our recruitment software and tools to manage applicant tracking and maintain organized records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.
