Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the Nordic markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via various channels
  • Offer product and service information to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Conduct research to gather required information and resolve customer issues
  • Identify customer needs and preferences to deliver personalized support
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information systems
  • Escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish (verbal and written); good command of English
  • Strong customer orientation and previous customer service experience
  • Availability to work shifts in an international call center environment
  • Strong PC literacy and ability to work in an office-based setting in Barcelona, Spain
