About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Linde GmbH, Gases Division. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth opportunities and maintaining close contact with our global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify growth areas within the region and support customer consultations, calculations, and preparation of campaigns.
  • Align targets and joint activities to grow the segment profitably.
  • Manage the segment independently, interact with different cultures and hierarchies within the organization, and grow your network in and outside of the company.
  • Identify market trends for new developments, represent the region in RD projects, and prepare commercialization concepts for new product launches together with Linde Technology and the local organizations.
Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial, result-driven, and analytical approach.
  • Relevant experience to cooperate with and manage various stakeholders across hierarchies, countries, and cultures.
  • Deep knowledge of the chemical industry and our applications portfolio.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present complex topics at all levels.
  • Excellent understanding of the industrial gas business and the selling of application technology.
  • Ability to perform well in a competitive environment and customer landscape in the industrial gases market.
  • University-level degree in Business Technology (engineering, chemical technology).
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant working experience.
