Position Overview:
As the Hub Product Quality Manager, you will be integral to our Center of Excellence, working closely with various departments including Customer Experience, Operations, and Compliance. Your role will focus on developing a resilient and innovative product offering while participating in cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Performance: Ensure optimal operational performance across all stations managed by the Spanish Hub (including Spain, Portugal, and Gibraltar). You will be responsible for designing and executing continuous improvement initiatives based on analytical insights, inspections, and audit results.
- GDP Certification: Maintain compliance with GDP Certification within the MAD Hub Operations. Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical product requirements and performance management actions for all airlines serviced at the MAD Hub.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong focus on quality with the ability to navigate organizational boundaries.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make swift, impactful decisions.
- Demonstrated resilience and energy to achieve results.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable for driving initiatives.
- Team leadership experience.
- University degree.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with GDP Guidelines and European Commission standards for the distribution of medicinal products.
Preferred Experience:
- Understanding of the air cargo sector.
- Knowledge of Quality and Audit systems is advantageous.
