Join Our Team as a German Marketing Consultant for Google Ads

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated German Marketing Consultant to join our team in Barcelona. As a specialist advisor for German companies, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their business through digital advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a native level of German, fluency in English, and a strong background in marketing and sales. You will be part of a dynamic team that creates unique customer experiences and actively affects the German online marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for German companies
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to increase the client customer base across EMEA
  • Provide expert advice on digital marketing and sales to clients

Requirements:

  • Native level of German
  • Fluency in English
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)
  • Permanent Contract
  • Salary conditions: from 24,310€ gross/year up to 30,000€ gross/year
  • Sales bonus package: up to 3,000€ - 4,290€ gross/year
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona

Relocation Package:

  • 3 weeks of intense introduction training on Google Ads and specific sales training
