About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Marketing and Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive sales growth for our clients in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive sales growth for our clients in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop marketing strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Native level of German.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 months -1 Year of experience on advertising, PPC Campaigns.
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in outbound sales (preferably B2B).
  • A team player with strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
  • Passionate about Marketing, technology and online Advertising, with a desire to learn and develop.

What We Offer

  • Full time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday).
  • Permanent Contract.
  • Salary conditions: from 24.310€ gross/year up to 30.000€ gross/year.
  • Sales bonus package: up to 3.000€ - 4.290€ gross/year.
  • This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  • Referral Program: Bring a Friend and get a Referral fee (up to 2.000€ depending on the language/project).
  • Relocation package:

  • 3 weeks of intense introduction training on Google Ads and specific sales training.
