Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Servicios De Mantenimiento to join our team at Robert Walters Spain. As a key member of our Presales aftersales engineer team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service support to customers, ensuring the proper technical capabilities, materials resources, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening, management, and closing of Service projects
  • Creating quotations and offers
  • Opening, management, and closing of Service tickets
  • Collaboration in monitoring and control of Service projects
  • Support in the management of warranty jobs
  • Support in management and control of calibrated tools, special tools, and other
  • Support in management and control of logistics (e.g., suppliers, customs clearance, deliveries, receptions, invoicing, picking, packing lists, etc.)
  • Elaborating technical reports to customers when requested
  • Other administrative tasks specific to the Service Support area

Responsibilities:

To take personal and collective responsibility to help fulfill our HSE vision and goals by:

  • Setting high standards for their behavior with regards to HSE and expecting the same of others
  • Ensuring that they understand the HSE requirements of their role and seeking support if required
  • Always complying with our HSE Policy, standards, and requirements
  • Making sure they are up to date on the HSE competence level required for their role
  • Actively supporting and reporting all HSE incidents, including near misses and observations
  • Intervening if they are concerned that actions or decisions may result in us not meeting our standards
  • Not putting themselves or others at risk from their actions; and suggesting areas for improvement
  • Being responsible for segregating all the generated waste in their respective containers and for operating according to the specific procedures of the environmental management system

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background, preferably in Naval / Industrial Engineering or similar. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in a technical position in the industry, a high level of English, spoken and written, and technical knowledge in applications. Additionally, they should have MS Office skills at an advanced level, project management methodology knowledge, flexibility to adapt working timetables to customer/business needs, and availability to travel (15%-20%). The candidate should also be able to coordinate and lead service teams and projects on-site.
