Job Summary

The Senior Manager of Construction Excellence will play a crucial role in driving the quality, efficiency, and standardization of the construction process of our stations across multiple countries. This position will focus on aligning local construction processes, introducing standardized gateways and procedures, sharing best practices and knowledge, and increasing health & safety on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align local construction processes to ensure consistency and quality across multiple countries
  • Develop and implement standardized gateways and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Share best practices and knowledge across teams to drive improvement
  • Collaborate with local Construction Managers to ensure effective execution processes
  • Communicate effectively with the Field Operations team to ensure seamless operations
  • Work closely with Health & Safety managers to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Proven track record in construction management
  • Strong understanding of construction standards, practices, and regulations across European countries
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to three days per week
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language
