Job Title: Jr. Creative Specialist

Oppizi is seeking a talented and versatile Jr. Creative Specialist with a primary focus on video production and editing to join our fast-growing team.

About the Role

This role is pivotal in shaping our brand's visual and video identity. You'll be responsible for creating engaging video content, alongside impactful graphics and multimedia that align with our marketing strategies and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Video Production: Create, edit, and optimize short-form video content for ads, social media, and landing pages, with a focus on storytelling and brand engagement.
  • Storyboarding & Pre-Production: Assist in storyboarding, script planning, and concept creation to ensure cohesive and effective video narratives.
  • Video Editing: Edit video content for various platforms using industry-standard tools, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound synchronization.
  • Graphic Design Support: Continue to design custom visuals, infographics, and images for blogs, marketing materials, and social media, in alignment with the brand's visual identity.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Develop simple motion graphics and animations to enhance video content, improving overall engagement.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, developers, and stakeholders, to produce videos that improve conversions and resonate with the target audience.
  • Maintain Consistency: Ensure all videos and designs maintain brand consistency across channels.
  • Participate in Brainstorming: Contribute innovative ideas for creative campaigns, focusing on video-first strategies that support marketing goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 to 4 years in video production, video editing, graphic design, or a similar role. Prior experience with video content creation is essential.
  • Language Requirement: All work is conducted in English, so a C1+ proficiency is expected. Applications must be submitted in English; otherwise, they will be automatically discarded.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong skills in industry-standard video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve alongside graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and Figma.
  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing video production (short-form video content, ads) and graphic design work. Candidates must highlight video editing skills, motion graphics, and graphic design experience.
  • Video Skills: Expertise in video production, including storyboarding, script writing, video editing, and post-production techniques (color grading, sound editing, transitions).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong creative abilities with a focus on delivering visually engaging video and graphic content.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with various departments and stakeholders, taking feedback and incorporating it into revisions efficiently.
