Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team in Danish Capital Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, product security or OT security, with excellent technical security knowledge based on industry standards and best practices.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain overall cybersecurity architectural framework for products and solutions, Manufacturing and Business managed IT.
  • Define and maintain cybersecurity principles, standards and guardrails, reference architectures and cybersecurity practices.
  • Evaluate business requirements and cybersecurity architecture and design decisions.
  • Facilitate cybersecurity architecture and design reviews.
  • Provide cybersecurity guidance on design and implementation to product development teams.
  • Perform threat and risk analysis at both component and the wind power plant level.
  • Provide cybersecurity expertise in different phases of customer projects.
  • Support SGRE cybersecurity certification activities.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in cybersecurity, product security or OT security in an architect or similar role.
  • Academic degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable education.
  • Excellent technical security knowledge based on industry standards and best practices.
  • Experience with widely recognized OT cybersecurity standards, including ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and ISO 27001.
  • Experience with threat modeling and risk assessment.
  • Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration security.
  • Knowledge of cloud security.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Requirements

  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert.
  • Knowledge of architectural frameworks such as SABSA and TOGAF.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance requirements specific to OT environments (e.g., NIS2 NERC CIP, Cyber Resilience act).
