Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods at our Central Distribution Center and UK Spoke. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in managing 3PL warehousing operations for the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own warehousing operation performance for Central Distribution Center and UK Spoke through management of our 3PLs.
  • Drive 5% year-on-year savings through a bottom-up approach.
  • Setup and manage good practices to ensure the quality of our products.
  • Ensure the safety of our people and products through EHS management.
  • Forward plan with relevant stakeholders to ensure operations meet business requirements.
  • Ensure close communication with relevant team members to facilitate On Time, In Full Delivery and drive Customer Satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Min 7-10 years of experience in managing 3PL warehousing operations for the industrial sector.
  • Diploma or degree holder.
  • Able to lead and drive CI activities through LEAN methodology.
  • Familiar with implementing and maintaining tools such as Kaizen, 5S, and value stream mapping.
  • Understands and able to conduct Root Cause Analysis and drive proper Corrective and Preventive Actions for Quality and EHS matters.
  • Able to lead and coach employees.
  • 3-5 years of People Management experience preferred.
  • High level of English.
  • Familiar with Oracle 11i.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization.
