Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner, AWS EMEA PXT

We are seeking an exceptional Human Resources Leader to drive the development and implementation of the HR Strategy for our AWS EMEA Global Sales Business SUP and ISV Segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders and their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the HR strategies and activities that foster growth, innovation, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Assess the human resources needs in areas such as talent development, cultivating culture, organisation design, compensation, and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas.
  • Interface effectively with professionals at all levels of the organisation and drive the people agenda to deliver results.
Requirements:
  • Experience of operating at a senior HR level with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • University degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, strategies and initiatives to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of Commercial HR within the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in HR or MBA.
  • Experience working with Cloud/Tech Sales professionals.
  • Experience in executive coaching and mentoring.
