YOUR ROLE

Become an integral part of our HR Team at our location in Badalona, where we design, deploy, and execute HR capabilities in performance management, learning, development, strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, and communications.

  • Develop internal Human Resources policies for the Iberia region, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Participate in HR and Labor relations management across different sites, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Contribute to the implementation of a new HR shared service center, focusing on payroll and time control, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Support international projects, such as equality plans, promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Enhance internal communication, keeping the team informed and engaged.

This internship includes registration in a Master's Degree in Productivity and Personal Development, managed by FUE, providing a unique opportunity for growth and development.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or related fields is required.
  • English and Spanish C1, with Portuguese as a plus, to ensure effective communication.
