About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Credit Risk Decision Analyst to join our team at Scalapay. As a key member of our portfolio management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our business growth and stability by developing and refining strategies that reduce risk while enabling new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on the loss performance of Scalapay's portfolio.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to reduce losses while driving business growth.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of effective loss mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate on new product launches, ensuring robust loss management practices are in place.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
  • Analytical mindset, with an ability to identify patterns, discrepancies, and trends using large datasets.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively present findings and collaborate with stakeholders across different countries.
  • Willingness to collaborate with different teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
