Digital Marketing Growth Driver

About I1X Venture Studio

We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to join our team. Our goal is to drive growth for businesses through innovative digital strategies.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and uncapped commission structure. The first 90 days are paid on commission only, with the opportunity to earn up to 35% on all deals.

Job Description

We're looking for a seasoned B2B sales professional who can source and close new business opportunities independently. As a Digital Marketing Growth Driver, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close, presenting complex digital marketing solutions to decision makers, and building relationships with B2B clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and closing new business opportunities independently
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas
  • Participating in industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in digital marketing/agency services
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets
  • Experience sourcing own leads and opportunities
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings/events
