About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager - Business Performance & Project Portfolio Management. As a key member of our Infrastructure and Security Governance pillar, you will play a critical role in ensuring the standardization of technical and performance-related reporting across local units, and driving a successful IT Transformation worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Steering of Organizational Transformations: Lead and manage organizational transformations within the department, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  2. Database Management: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for employee reallocation requests, both within the department and cross-functionally. Initiate and coordinate necessary changes in employee database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  3. Management Meeting Preparation and Moderation: Prepare and moderate weekly management meeting agendas and slides, sourcing relevant topics and guest speakers, coordinating invitations, and writing meeting minutes.
  4. Community and Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate routine team events, such as dinners and team days, ensuring seamless logistics and catering. Promote the use of personal articles and success stories to connect with colleagues.
  5. Identify Areas of Improvement and Implement Continuous Improvement Process (CIP): Analyze and identify areas of improvement, implementing a continuous improvement process to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Maintain continuous contact with stakeholders, including top management, to collect and analyze feedback, and build and maintain relationships.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
  2. Work Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in a related field.
  3. Skills: Project management skills, communications, consulting, organizational transformation, and change management experience. Business acumen, analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual skills, moderation and presentation skills, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency of written and spoken English; additional language proficiency desirable.
