About the Job

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Marketing Department at Institut Straumann Ag. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all product-related projects from inception through completion, ensuring they align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning Strategy: Develop comprehensive project implementation plans within the Iberian organization, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and ensure they align with the broader marketing and business strategy.
  • Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned projects, ensuring they are progressing according to plan.
  • Resource Management: Identify resource needs and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within the allocated budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change logs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or product-related projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in project management software and collaboration tools.
