About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Creative Director** to lead our design team in driving innovative and strategically aligned creative projects. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to elevate our brand and lead our teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Creative Strategies: Develop and implement creative strategies and solutions to drive business impact and deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Lead Design Teams: Lead and manage design teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality creative projects.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants and clients, to ensure the successful delivery of creative projects.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality creative solutions.

Requirements
  • 15+ Years of Experience: 15+ years of experience in a professional services environment or a design start-up or agency.
  • Strong Management Experience: Strong management experience in design/creative teams, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality creative outputs.
  • Strong Conceptual and Design Skills: Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to develop and implement creative strategies and solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and apply principles of business and design to drive business impact.
