We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team in EMESA and drive high-impact, strategically aligned creative projects. As a creative leader, you will inspire our clients with innovative solutions that create business value.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative strategies and solutions for various projects, overseeing them to completion while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

  • Partner with the Design Studios regional/global leadership team to develop and deliver our creative service offering, driving innovation and engaging partnerships with the BCG Consulting Team.

  • Develop an understanding of our current client engagements, including products, services, target audience, and competitors' activities, and effectively balance creativity and business needs.

  • Lead and manage internal and external resources, including hiring, training, and developing team members, and maintaining a high level of team engagement and motivation.

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and freelancers.


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or similar in graphics and web content design or a related field (design school preferred).

  • At least 15+ years of relevant experience in a professional services environment or a design start-up or agency.

  • Strong management experience in design/creative teams, with a proven track record of improving conceptual, technical, and creative performance.

  • Excellent creative and problem-solving abilities, with a strong working knowledge of design and creative fundamentals.

  • Robust B2B experience and deep business language knowledge, with proven client-facing experience and persuasive presentation skills.

  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual, multinational environment.
