About the Role:

The Senior Technical Program Manager will play a key role in driving collaboration across cross-functional project teams. Partnering with Technical Program Managers, you will define and execute detailed project plans, leveraging proven project management methodologies to drive success. You will work closely with technical program managers, engineering managers, developers, product managers, designers, and other key business partners to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with TPMs to drive efficient and effective delivery of key initiatives
* Create and maintain project management artifacts, including communication plans, risk logs, decision logs, escalation procedures, project schedules, scope statements, and high-level and detailed business requirements
* Assist in assigned areas of the project management life cycle, including planning, scheduling, and execution of project tasks, milestones, and deliverables
* Facilitate project team meetings and regularly communicate progress to program managers and stakeholders

Requirements:

* Project management or related skills preferred
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the importance of an issue
* Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong time management skills
* Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests
* Strong intuition and ability to develop and maintain high trust, with a comfortable working style that allows for limited instruction and guidance
* High emotional intelligence and ability to manage high-priority workloads
* Naturally collaborative and partner-oriented nature, with an appetite to hustle every day and a zero-ego approach
