Key Responsibilities- Develop Technical Solutions: Create responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs), as well as technical and commercial proposals to meet the requirements of prospective customers.
- Collaborate with Sales and Legal Teams: Develop Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with our Sales and Legal teams.
- Manage Project Work: Develop project plans in scope of implementation, consulting, and integration projects with end customers, and manage project work to ensure successful delivery.
- Clear Technical Roadblocks: Work with Datacenter Operations, R&D, Support, and other departments to clear technical roadblocks that customers face during implementation and post-implementation stages.
- Build and Maintain Knowledge: Build and maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire Acronis product line, and provide consultations to customers engaging experts from other Acronis teams as required.
- Review and Recommend: Review customers' implementation and integration plans and make recommendations in line with best practices.
- Present New Product Functionality: Present new product functionality to customers and engage them in the evaluation of new product releases.
- Monitor Customer Run Rates: Keep track of customer run rates and develop remediation plans in case of negative dynamics.
- Manage Incidents and Feature Requests: Work with R&D, Datacenter Operations, Support, Product, and other departments to prioritize and track customer incidents and feature requests.
- Update Customers on Progress: Update customers on a regular basis about progress of work on support cases, incidents, and feature requests.
- Manage Process Escalations: Manage process escalations, develop Acronis internal and customer-facing executive summaries, and develop root cause analysis reports.
- Provide Feedback to Product Management: Provide feedback to Acronis Product Management teams based on customer requirements.
- Conduct Quarterly Review Meetings: Conduct quarterly review meetings to provide updates on run rates, key projects, and planned activities for the next period.
- Manage Internal Organization Development Projects: Manage internal organization development projects to ensure consistent execution and reporting.
- Technical Experience: 3+ years of technical hands-on experience in 3 or more of the following areas: SaaS, IaaS, storages, hypervisors, backup, disaster recovery, RestAPI, IP network design/administration, DC/infrastructure design/operations, DBs administration, Python scripting, dashboards/reports, server administration.
- Project Management Experience: 3+ years in Project Manager or Technical Account Manager role in a software or systems integration company.
- Security Certification: Security certification: CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Business Analysis Skills: Excellent business analysis, project, risk, and relationship management skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to interact and communicate with multiple stakeholders, including C-level.
- Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English language.
- Second Fluent Language: Second fluent language (French and/or German and/or Spanish).
