About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Program Manager to join our team at Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology. As a key member of our VE Program Management Team, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving our strategic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conceptualize strategic programs, including data analysis and stakeholder management.
  • Lead and oversee program execution from inception to completion, ensuring smooth delivery and identifying potential risks.
  • Coordinate and guide all involved parties in their respective streams, taking ownership of specific streams and ensuring their success.
  • Report to our executive management on program progress and outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Outcome-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in effective and efficient project management, with a strong foundation in data analysis and modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
