Axalta Coating Systems, a leading innovator in the coatings industry, offers an exciting opportunity for a Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team in Asturias, Spain.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to coordinate daily transactions related to Industrial EUR billing for our Turkey market. This role will be instrumental in the successful implementation of our EUR billing project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various departments, including Credit, Cash Application, Local Finance, Customer Service, and IT, to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Monitor exchange rate correctness of customer payments received and calculate exchange rate differences between invoices and payments.
  • Contact customers to address any payment issues and resolve discrepancies.
  • Active involvement in automating customer exchange rate clearing and exchange rate gain invoices issuance.
  • Order control, financial data analysis, risk assessment, account monitoring, accounts reconciliation, and reporting within the scope of the Turkey EUR invoicing project.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Credit Management or a related field.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English; Spanish language knowledge is an asset.
  • Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and PPT.
  • Familiarity with payment terms and methods in Turkey.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.

Estimate Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive salary package that includes benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
