Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join our team. As an MEP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of critical infrastructure projects, including data centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct interlocutor with customers, responsible for project monitoring and risk management.
- Consult on construction projects, providing technical, planning, economic, quality, and health & safety expertise.
- Undertake feasibility studies for projects and works, including technical, economic, and planning assessments.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage long-lead equipment.
- Manage OFCI and supervise projects.
- Develop project strategies and define project management plans.
- Develop purchasing strategies and manage project and/or construction packages.
- Select suppliers and present to customers.
- Prepare technical dossiers for tenders and manage the tender process.
- Organize regular work monitoring meetings and manage minutes and reports.
- Control costs, plan changes, and manage billing.
- Manage the commissioning of work and facilities.
Requirements
- Degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in design and construction management of critical infrastructure projects, including data centers.
- 4 years of experience in the construction sector.
