Digital Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing department at The Ocean Race.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing management, advertising, and communications, with prior experience in database management and automation software.
Key responsibilities will include conceptualizing and running marketing campaigns, developing and managing digital competitions, and analyzing campaign performance to suggest improvements.
The successful candidate will also work closely with our Game developer to manage the success of our Online Game and develop marketing campaigns for the Stopover E-Cups.
Additionally, the role will involve managing the day-to-day operation of the Metaverse and working closely with the Sustainability Team to integrate, promote, and run sustainability activities inside the Metaverse.
Minimum requirements include a C1 degree in marketing management, advertising, or communications, and prior experience in database management and automation software.
Excellent project management skills, outstanding copywriting and copyediting abilities, and a willingness to work extended hours are also essential.
The successful candidate will be a strong team player with a dynamic attitude and a commitment to the values of The Ocean Race: trust, excellence, and care.
Living or able to relocate to Alicante, Spain, is a requirement, and EU national or ability to acquire necessary EU working permits in a short period is also necessary.
