About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer to join our team at Igenomix, a part of the Vitrolife group.

The successful candidate will focus on providing After-Sales Services, including installation and user training for Octax laser systems, covering Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of Octax laser systems
  • Provide user training for Octax laser systems
  • Guarantee correct use of the laser by the client
  • Follow-up service to clients
  • Manage and problem-solve client requests related to the laser

Requirements

  • Electronics and Mechanical Degree
  • Background in cell biology and IVF
  • Advanced skills operating a Windows computer
  • Knowledge in operating the microscope
  • Ability to handle sensitive mechanical and optical components with corresponding tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
