The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in QA Automation with Java and be proficient in Agile methodologies. Strong experience with test automation frameworks and tools is also essential.
You will lead the global vision of quality assurance and test automation strategies, working closely with Product Owners to define acceptance criteria and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include identifying and prioritizing critical business cases for test automation, designing and implementing automated test frameworks using Java, and configuring and maintaining Jenkins pipelines for automated test execution.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will provide technical leadership to the QA automation team and perform research and development to evaluate new testing technologies and communicate their value for the company.
