Are you ready to take on a challenging role that will allow you to drive business growth and excellence? We are looking for a Strategic Business Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence team, you will be responsible for providing support to improvement projects across European sales teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive performance, GrowToWin, set recommendations.
  • Develop a customer segmentation to adequately address each one of them.
  • Process and analyse data with a critical view to support processes aimed at driving business growth.
  • Provide general support to multiple projects across the division, including data collection and processing, presentations development, reporting, etc.
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and support the sales teams to implement project strategies.
  • Support sales teams across Europe on preparation for key commercial activities.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of analytical, project management, sales support experience.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English and any additional European language would be a plus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and on an international and virtual base.
  • Strong digital, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Fluency in other European languages.
  • Experience with Power BI and/or CRM software tools.
  • Ability to manage ad hoc projects in addition to routine duties.
