Project Manager - Renewable Energy

Are you passionate about driving the energy transition and making a tangible impact? Do you thrive on managing international projects and customer relationships in the renewable energy sector? We're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our On-site Solutions team at GreenPowerMonitor (GPM), a DNV company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Supervise and delegate project tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient task distribution and execution.
  • Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments to ensure timely procurement of materials and services required for project success.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, both internally and externally, on a regular basis.
  • Continuously drive process improvements and best practices in project management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum a bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy industry (photovoltaic, wind, or battery storage domain).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
