As a Commercial Performance Analyst at Ecolab, you will play a key role in driving business growth and excellence across European sales teams. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to take on meaningful projects and make a real impact on our customers' success.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive performance and growth, leveraging data and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer segmentation and address their unique needs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Provide support to multiple projects across the division, including data collection, processing, and reporting.
  • Work closely with sales teams to implement project strategies and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Technical or University degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of analytical, project management, and sales support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluent in English and any additional European language would be a plus.
  • Strong digital, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and detail-oriented.
