Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic production trainee to join our studio. This is a paid internship that will be held on-site, providing a unique learning opportunity for those moving from the classroom to the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining the department calendar and book meeting rooms.
  • Help communicate any schedule changes and ensure proper preparation for all meetings and reviews.
  • Record and share notes from meetings and reviews that accurately reflect action items and an appropriate sense of priority.
  • Assist in tracking department work inputs and outputs in the studio's database to learn detailed knowledge of the department and its pipeline.
  • Help distribute and collect timecards for the department.
  • Follow the Tutor's guidance.

Requirements

  • Must be available for at least 3 months onsite (35 hours per week).
  • Must be currently enrolled in your last year in an Associate, Bachelor, or Master's program at an accredited institution.
  • Self-starter with proficient writing and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Highly motivated and interested in Animation and Technology.
  • Strongly focused on the Production field.
  • Good team player.
  • High English level.
  • Spanish desirable.
