Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers, driving sales growth, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year (estimated)

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Consistently demonstrate AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Leverage company tools and technology to confidently provide customers with product knowledge that enhances customer engagement and maximizes sales.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain company brand standards of neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom to ensure the store environment is safe and presentable for employees and customers.
  • Merchandise Handling: Execute efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, floorsets, markdown optimization, and replenishment systems while maintaining backroom Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous Retail Experience: Preferred, but not required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills specifically with customers, sales leadership team, and associates.
  • Collaborative Skills: Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and receive feedback.
