Opportunity Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our team as a People & Culture Trainee. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and cultural development.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment and selection processes to attract diverse talent.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Manage HR software to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support health and safety initiatives and promote a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employee growth.
  • Oversee employee accommodation arrangements for a positive living experience.
  • Provide support for operational HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff.
  • Analyze employee feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • EU Nationality is required.
  • Fluent English and Spanish, with additional languages being an asset.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement and performance management.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
