At Berlitz, we are seeking English immersion assistants to work with our students in SANTANDER, Spain. As a native or high-level English speaker, you will be responsible for engaging in extracurricular and free time activities with our students, promoting language skills and cultural exchange.

We require proactive individuals who can commit to working 20 hours per week from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. This is a part-time contract position with a gross salary of €701 per month, inclusive of dinner with students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in extracurricular activities and conversations with students
  • Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Assisting with language development and cultural awareness

To be eligible for this role, you must be an EU citizen or have full working papers in Spain. A valid NIE/TIE is required, while student visas are not accepted. We offer a contract of employment and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic and international setting.
