Job Objective: Provide comprehensive administrative support by coordinating operational, financial, medical, and management areas. Additionally, you will assist in the clinic's growth in the United States, so a strong command of English and skills in communication and marketing are required.
Responsibilities: General Coordination: Act as a liaison between the medical team and patients.Operational Area: Collaborate with leaders to optimize processes.Financial Area: Manage billing, payments, and collections.Medical Area: Coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and transcribe medical consultations.International Growth (U.S.): Support strategic projects and client relationships in the U.S.Requirements: Education: University or technical degree in Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields.Experience: At least 4 years in a similar role, ideally in the healthcare sector.Technical Knowledge: Fluent in English (spoken and written), office tools, and basic accounting.Skills: Effective communication in English and Spanish, organization, proactivity, and ability to handle multiple tasks.If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining a growing team, apply now
