Zurich 56 Company Ltd is a leading multinational insurer seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Data Business Intelligence team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end data and analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage data and analytics projects, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Utilize expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to architect and implement data solutions.
- Oversee the integration of data sources and the development of data pipelines, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are maintained.
- Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources, including vendors and consultants, to ensure project success.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management and data analytics.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data and analytics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience managing data and analytics projects, with a strong focus on cloud technologies.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, data integration, and business intelligence tools.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
