German-speaking Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German-speaking Sales Representative to join our team in Benalmádena, Spain. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within your account portfolio
  • Ensure long-term client satisfaction by understanding their business strategies and staying informed of competitor activities
  • Develop commercial and technical proposals to meet client needs
  • Proactively manage profitability, aiming to exceed sales quotas and targets
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, tracking progress and reporting on ongoing activities
  • Respond to incoming customer and partner inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in German (oral and written), and proficient in English (B2 level or above)
  • Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in a channel environment
  • Strong ability to persuade and empathize with clients, comfortable using various communication channels (primarily telephone)
  • Self-motivated: A proactive, energetic attitude with the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
  • Passion for driving results and achieving set sales targets
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision
