**Job Description:**
- **Job Type:** Temporary contract
- **Work Schedule:** Rotating shift, short/long week
- **Location:** Calafell, Tarragona
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the interdisciplinary team in receiving and welcoming new users, collaborating in the adaptation of individualized care plans.
- Perform programmed interventions by the interdisciplinary team to cover daily life activities.
- Collaborate in the planning, organization, and execution of preventive, occupational, and leisure activities.
- Maintain the personal hygiene of the users.
- Clean the first aid kit and its contents, as well as the rest of the sanitary or assistive material.
- Provide and administer food to the resident, facilitating ingestion in cases where necessary.
- Perform posture changes and auxiliary services assigned according to technical preparation.
- Collaborate with the resident in preparation for a transfer, performing accompaniment, vigilance, and support actions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare staff in medication administration.
- Collaborate under the supervision of the nurse in the care of colostomized residents and those with catheters, as well as in the administration of food through a syringe.
- Support and stimulate user communication, promoting daily development and social relationships.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in integrating family members of users into the life of the center.
- Communicate incidents related to user health. Observe and record in the incident book any change in behavior or physical condition detected.
**Requirements:**
- Hold the required title or habilitation, and/or precise experience for the development of their functions, according to the current regulations.
