Job Opportunity at Altorecruit

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Altorecruit, a leading company in the plastic extrusion and recycling industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in the industrial sector. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for Spain, managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Spain
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the industrial sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented
  • Availability to travel within the national territory and occasionally to Portugal (40%-50%)
  • Fluency in German and English at least at a B2 level mandatory
