Industrial Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Altorecruit, a leading company in the plastic extrusion and recycling industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in the industrial sector. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for Spain, managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Spain
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the industrial sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Results-oriented
- Availability to travel within the national territory and occasionally to Portugal (40%-50%)
- Fluency in German and English at least at a B2 level mandatory
