About the Role

We are seeking an IT Business Partner Director for Clinical Development to drive our technology roadmap and deliver innovative solutions that enable the design and execution of clinical development plans and trials.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of technology in clinical development and work closely with senior stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a technology roadmap that aligns with the business objectives of Clinical Development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke solutions and leverage toolsets across Development functional verticals
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure delivery of capability through cross-functional alignment and delivery of technology roadmaps and initiatives
  • Act as a consultant and advisor providing guidance to improve complex global business processes, products, services, and software
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology discipline; advanced degree and related accreditations a plus
  • 12+ years of experience in business partnering and delivering IT solutions in the pharma industry or similar industries
  • 5+ years of experience with end-to-end Development processes and IT landscape and technologies across functional areas
  • Ability to engage with senior and diverse stakeholders, connecting the dots and influencing roadmaps
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience
