Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Data Team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights and strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Insights
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer behavior and product usage to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Experimentation and Testing
- Design, execute, and evaluate experiments on a global scale to measure the impact of new product features and initiatives.
- Data Strategy and Engineering
- Partner with Data Strategy & Engineering to define data standards and best practices to model data in our Data Warehouse and productionize data pipelines.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, tech leads, and designers, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Communicate complex data insights and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience
- 4+ years of experience in a related role, such as Product Data Scientist.
- Skills
- Good understanding of data analysis concepts, including conversion, LTV/CAC, Cohort analysis, Retention, etc.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks.
- Ability to confidently apply data science techniques, such as statistical modeling, in a marketplace context.
- Knowledge of quantitative fields, including statistics, mathematics, etc.
- Proficiency in analytics languages, such as SQL or Python.
- Education
- Masters degree or PhD in statistics, economics, econometrics, or a relevant field of applied mathematics.
